Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions O-Inspect multisensor ¸ßÅâÂÊÁùºÏ²Ê optimizes the image field and enables comprehensive contact measurement. The measurement machine’s numerous capabilites provide flexibility in handling a wide variety of part sizes and small characteristics. Zeiss showcases this technology in booth 3019 at .

Benefits of O-Inspect include 3D calibration in the entire measuring volume in compliance with ISO-10360; high-resolution optical sensor options that enable even more capabilities; and accessories that increase the productivity of a measuring device, shortening setup time and minimizing downtime.

Zeiss O-Inspect features a full MPE 3D calibration in the entire measuring volume. Measure a variety of part sizes and shapes with DotScan, tactile and optical sensors. Two sensor options, scout 160 and scout 240, enable higher optical resolution — enabling 1.6X or 2.4X of the standard 100 variant.
