Another standard device is the Tool Eye, an automatic tool-presetting system. By bringing the tool tip into contact with the Tool Eye, offset of tool nose position, tool measurement and data registration are done automatically, ensuring accuracy and reducing setup time. The center is equipped with the company’s sixth-generation CNC system, Mazatrol Matrix Nexus, for advanced conversational programming and EIA input.
