This line of specialized tooling and accessories is designed for Swiss-type machines and other small parts manufacturing equipment.聽 Included are Utilis inserts said to provide repeatability of less than 0.0004鈥 for turning work that is 1鈥 in diameter and smaller. A thread whirling system featuring 12 cutters for higher bone screw production rates will also be shown, along with the rotary broaching heads from PCM Willen of Switzerland. The heads require no center indicating for faster setup in聽tight tooling areas, the company says. Other items include a new line of aftermarket spindles made by PCM for Tornos machines. Rounding out the display will be other special tools such as a range of micro-sized solid carbide slitting saws, floating reamer holders and micro reamers, compact straddle knurling tools and axial-feed knurling dies suitable for small parts, high speed spindles for Citizen machines, magnetic finishing and deburring units, quick-change collet holders and cutting oils. 聽 聽
