Schunk’s Tribos-RM precision toolholder features an ISO interface and is well-suited for holding the small tools used in micromachining operations. It is designed for cutting speeds ranging to 60,000 rpm and features a one-piece, rotationally symmetric design said to extend the life of machine spindles. The toolholder provides steady clamping without distortion and offers a precise run-out accuracy of less than 0.003 mm. Sizes ISO D1 to 6 mm are available.
