Kaiser Tool Expands Line of Toolholders for Swiss Screw Machines
These angled toolholders can position the insert at 30-, 45- or 60-degree angles for reliefs, undercuts and angled OD and face grooves.

Kaiser Tool Co. has expanded its line of ThinBit toolholders with the addition of Swiss angled which are designed for top slide position on a Swiss screw machine.
The angled toolholders position the insert at 30°, 45° or 60° angles for reliefs, undercuts and angled outer diameter (OD) and face grooves. The toolholders are available in square shank sizes.
The angled toolholders are for use with Thinbit inserts in grades for ferrous and nonferrous materials. Inserts are available in sizes from 0.004"-0.150" in 0.001" increments coated with TiN, TiAlN, TiCN, diamond film or uncoated.
The company says modifications can be provided on any of Kaiser’s tooling. Due to the potential complexity of configuring these toolholders, the company recommends calling for assistance.
