’s custom tooling lineup is designed for manufacturers who require custom mold, die and production/factory automation components for injection molding, stamping and equipment manufacturing processes. With the support of 11 ISO-regulated facilities, Punch Industry says it can offer high-capacity, competitive lead times on both steel and carbide components.
Using over 2,000 pieces of precision manufacturing equipment, capabilities include “polish-less,” mirror finish and small-diameter perforators, profile punches, pilot punches, button dies, core pins, ejectors, bushings and other custom tooling. Specialty CNC grinding machines, like DedTru and Rollomatic (NP4 and NP5), enable the manufacture of round, triangular and square-shaped punches, as well as pins with diameters of 0.007 inch. A ground, polish-less finish of SP3-4 is said to be achievable. Punch says its in-house heat treating and coatings support efficient lead times.
