Techniks SFS12 modular shrink-fit adapters feature an internal drawbar design for improved holding power and faster tool changes. Well-suited for mold and die applications, the adapters are available for tool shanks ranging from 1/8" to ½" and fit CAT 40/50, BT 30/40 and HSK 40E holders. They also can be used with other types of modular shrink-fit systems.
The adapters are made from H13 tool steel for compatibility with fast-induction heat-shrink machines like the Techniks ShrinkPro, and for increased rigidity and tool life.
