Haimer is showcasing its precision products and tool management systems in collaboration with WinTool tool management software and ToolBase dispensing systems. WinTool is said to enable continous data exchange and access management, which can provide complete traceability of a user’s equipment. The ToolBase dispensing systems are customizable and aim to eliminate outdated demand determination and ordering processes.
Haimer’s toolholders, shrinking technology, balancing machines and tool presetters are designed to reduce production costs and boost productivity. When pairing its precision products with WinTool and ToolBase technology, the company says that users can expect shorter programming and setup times with organized manufacturing documentation for improved efficiency and reliability.
