Grizzly Industrial introduces its G0782 13" × 40" gearhead floor lathe. The lathe provides 40" between centers, 13" of swing, a 35" carriage travel and a 6 1/8" cross-slide travel. A 2-hp, 220-V motor drives the D1-4 camlock spindle with MT#5 taper and provides eight speeds ranging from 70 to 2,000 rpm. Hardened gearhead gears ease speed and feed changes.
Also included are a 6", three-jaw scroll chuck; an 8", four-jaw independent chuck; a 12" faceplate; a four-way turret tool post; a coolant system; and a work light. A steady rest and feed rest are also included.
