Speedgrip’s robust external collet chuck has a long 360-degree grip length, said to be affected very little by centrifugal force. Its strong pullback action and 0.0005 TIR make it ideal for turning applications, gear machining, drilling, milling and more.
The OD 3000 chuck has a through-hole capacity of 3", ranging to 4 ½" stepped, and the OD 6500 has a 6 ½" through-hole capacity, ranging to 8" stepped. Workstops of various lengths and configurations can be added inboard or outboard, adding to the chuck’s versatility.
