The FA10S Advance wire EDM features an M700 series Mitsubishi control. The Windows-based system with 15" LCD touchscreen display provides a simple menu configuration for easy navigation, the company says. The machine features 3D adaptive EDM control, which can analyze 3D data and recognize shape characteristics virtually eliminate transition lines in stepped workpiece areas.
The company also offers the BA24 large-capacity wire EDM. This machine is designed to accommodate a variety of machining needs ranging from parts to dies. The machine’s V350II power supply with anti-electrolysis technology helps achieve high-performance machining, the company says.
The EA12V sinker EDM has a space-saving footprint and a multi-position work tank, allowing the operator to perform set up while the dielectric fluid circulates. The machine’s E.S.P.E.R. II software can easily create programs for measuring, power settings for burning and orbital paths for finishing.
The DX510 waterjet is designed to complement EDM technology with the precision of Mitsubishi controls and servo system. The four-axis machine’s software features Intelligent Tapering Control, which corrects for the natural tapering of the cut automatically. Through the CNC, it inclines the waterjet to ±2 degrees while pointing the jet toward the cutting direction. This process allows for contour cutting with optimum speed and accurate wall straightness, the company says.
