Beaumont Machine鈥檚 six-axis FH30 EDM features 30" 脳 16" 脳 22" of X-, Y- and Z-axis travel; spindle speeds ranging to 3,000 rpm; and rapid speeds ranging to 300 ipm. The machine can accommodate a maximum workpiece weight of 800 lbs. Other features include a tilt rotary table, a pneumatic toolholder and pneumatic stabilizers. The machine is equipped with GE Fanuc 16Oi-MB control pendant, GE Fanuc 鈥淗andyman鈥 remote pendant and GE Fanuc robotic tool changer.
The company鈥檚 multi-axis fast hole machinery is suited for the manufacture of aerospace and land-based power generation components. According to the company, the unique architecture of the machines makes them well-suited for the semiconductor industry.
