Marposs Corp. will introduce its Mida TS30-90 tool setter for machining centers, which features an integrated interface incorporated within its compact body that is designed to speed and simplify setup on the machine tool. The 90-degree tool setter also features a streamlined system for fast and easy alignment.
The tool setter can be used for a variety of applications, including measuring tool length with stationary or rotating tools, tool radius and individual flutes for inspecting indexable inserts, as well as monitoring tool wear and tool breakage.
