The company’s aqueous cleaning systems include stand-alone cellular, batch and continuous washers. The systems are optimized for both Swiss-turned and precision-screw-machined parts, as well as other complex part shapes, including medical device parts, implants, CNC machined parts, fine blanked parts and stampings. The LeanClean 360 rotating basket, cellular cleaning system cleans, rinses and dries either one, two, four or eight baskets of parts per cycle, depending on the model. The system is said to use no harmful solvents.
LeanClean 360 systems are designed to load from the front at waist height. Baskets are rotated in solution, and underwater spray jets remove chips and oils from parts with complex shapes and blind holes. Basket movement can be programmed from gentle rocking to full 360-degree rotation. Ultrasonic cleaning with advanced, tubular transducers generates more cavitation power in the tank than common ultrasonic types, the company says. Passivating, phosphating and pickling chemistries extend surface-modification capabilities.
